SAP Team Lead and SDMM specialist

Leadership: Direct a team of 4-5 SAP specialists in The Netherlands and UK.
Support Scope: Aid business users across multiple continents.
SAP Expertise: Customize and configure SAP modules SD and MM.
Stakeholder Engagement: Regular interaction with key stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Analyze and implement technology advancements.
Testing and Training: Develop test plans and assist users.
System Management: Oversee system governance and data integrity.
Strategic Planning: Balance business requirements with functional demands.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in SAP SD/MM consulting. 
Communication Skills: Strong in both written and verbal forms.
Multicultural Agility: Work effectively across diverse time zones.
Adaptability: Manage stress and shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
Leadership Experience: Especially in line management.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of S/4HANA and other SAP areas.
Global Experience: Familiarity with international customer bases.
